Can I order less than a full container?

Yes. We stock select products in U.S. warehouses, allowing us to fulfill smaller volume orders, partial loads, or just-in-time restock programs.

Are your products FSC® certified and Lacey Act compliant?

WoodProM is an FSC® certified company and fully complies with the Lacey Act. While not every product we offer is FSC-labeled, all products are sourced from legally verified, responsibly managed forests. We work only with suppliers who meet strict environmental and legal standards and can provide full traceability.

Do you offer private label or custom packaging?

Absolutely. Many of our products are produced and packed under customer branding. We follow strict packaging specifications for retail, planogram, or direct distribution models, including barcode labeling on every unit, board, or box when required by customers or retail chains.

Do you work with new suppliers or mills?

We’re always open to evaluating long-term production partnerships. If you operate a sawmill, plywood plant, or woodworking factory and are looking to enter or expand in the U.S. market, get in touch.

Where are your warehouses located?

We maintain warehouse and reload capabilities in New Jersey, California, Texas, and other locations depending on product line and customer region.

Can I request samples?

Yes. Samples are available for most product lines, including wall planks, cabinet components, and fire & grilling products. Please contact us with your company details and intended use, and we’ll guide you through the sample request process.
